Return & Exchange Conditions
We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy starting from the date you receive your order. Products are only eligible for exchange if they arrive damaged, torn, or defective. To process an exchange, you must provide clear photo and video proof of the damage or defect within 14 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer claims the product is not as shown, as minor color or design variations may occur due to lighting or screen display. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Delivery & Payment Terms
All deliveries are paid in advance. Delivery charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is due to our error. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
