Items cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer claims the product is not as shown, as minor color or design variations may occur due to lighting or screen display. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All deliveries are paid in advance. Delivery charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the issue is due to our error. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
